This is the smallest package you can reserve with Seven Pillars Farm.

The Princess Package includes:

  • 2 days of property use starting the day before the event at 3pm
  • Front grounds
  • Paved grounds (includes outdoor lighting)
  • Gazebo
  • Use of front porch & patio (includes outdoor lighting)
  • Parking along front drive – easily accommodates up to 200 guests
  • Bridal dressing room w/full bath
  • Storage space for decor and event preparation
  • Golf cart valet for guests and wedding party

The mid-sized package, the Queen Package builds on the Princess Package. These additional services are highlighted in bold below.

The Queen Package includes:

  • 2 days of property and bridal cottage use starting the day before the event at 3pm (please contact us for exact hour specifications)
  • Day-Before access to Bridal cottage from 3pm-8pm. Includes:
    • Living space with kitchen
    • bridal dressing room with full bath,
    • porch and private patio by pond with seating
  • Day-Of Access to Bridal Cottage starting at 8am and overnight accommodations for up-to 5 guests (checkout at 12pm the day after). Includes:
    • Living space with kitchen,
    • bridal dressing room with full bath,
    • porch and private patio by pond with seating,
    • bed linens, towels, and toiletries,
    • king-sized bedroom suite with full bath,
    • queen pullout couch in living area and single cot
  • Simple breakfast of bagels, muffins, fruit – coffee and tea – provided day after event 
  • Front grounds
  • Paved grounds (includes outdoor lighting)
  • Gazebo
  • Use of front porch & patio (includes outdoor lighting)
  • Parking along front drive – easily accommodates up to 200 guests
  • Bridal dressing room w/full bath
  • Storage space for decor and event preparation

The largest package currently offered, the King Package has all you need for a weekend swept away. Continuing to build on the Queen Package, the additional services are highlighted in bold below.

The King Package includes:

  • Extended use of property – 2 full days starting at 12pm day before the event
  • Full access to Bridal Cottage for duration of reservation with overnight accommodations up to 13 guests.  Includes:
    • Living space with kitchen,
    • bridal dressing room with full bath,
    • porch and private patio by pond with seating,
    • bed linens, towels, and toiletries,
    • king-sized bridal suite with full bath,
    • queen pullout couch in living area and single cot,
    • upstairs dormitory-style sleeping for 8
  • Simple breakfast provided one morning & Hot breakfast/brunch for up to 13 guests provided another – May invite up to 20 guests to brunch for additional fee
  • Front grounds
  • Paved grounds (includes outdoor lighting)
  • Gazebo
  • Use of front porch & patio (includes outdoor lighting)
  • Parking along front drive – easily accommodates up to 200 guests
  • Bridal dressing room w/full bath
  • Storage space for decor and event preparation

Basic Coordinator Package:

Includes up to 35 hours of coordinator’s time.

With this package, think of the Seven Pillars Farm coordinator as your own personal traffic director.

You provide the coordinator with your chosen and booked vendors and the coordinator does the rest!

Coordinator services included with this package:

  • Checking to ensure all vendors have the required licenses and permits
  • Meeting with event representative 2 months, 1 month, and 1 week before event to go over event schedule and cover any questions, concerns, or missing items.
  • Day of coordination of venue amenities and setup, vendor arrival, setup, and clean up to ensure a smooth flow of event activities

Full Coordinator Package:

Includes up to 75 hours of Coordinator’s time.

With this package, think of the Seven Pillars Farm event coordinator as your right-hand in organizing your event.

This package includes all of the services listed in the basic package and more!

  • Coordinator walks you through the entire wedding process and provides assistance wherever needed
  • Coordinator provides a variety of vendor options for client to choose from
  • Assists with budget planning and booking to ensure client’s expectations and budget requirements are met
